- 1. This campaign is conducted by Vihar Tours.
- 2. Each slot is priced at Rs.250.
- 3. Total slots available in this campaign: 200.
- 4. Maximum slots allowed per user: 2.
- 5. Buying a slot gives a chance to be selected, but does not guarantee a prize.
- 6. This campaign is valid only as per the announced campaign duration.
- 7. All prizes are applicable only on eligible travel bookings announced by Vihar Tours.
- 8. Prize benefits cannot be converted into cash.
- 9. Benefits are non-transferable unless clearly approved by the company.
- 10. Duplicate accounts, fake participation, suspicious entries, or misuse may lead to cancellation.
- 11. Winners must claim their eligible benefit within the validity period.
- 12. Free slots are valid only for eligible future campaigns announced by the company.
- 13. Reward points are subject to company rules and redemption policy.
- 14. Company reserves the right to pause, modify, cancel, or update campaign rules if required.

- * Refund Policy:
- All campaign slot bookings made under this promotional campaign are non-refundable unless the company officially cancels the campaign.
- Refund / adjustment may be considered only in the following situations:
- 1. Campaign cancelled by the company
- 2. Duplicate payment confirmed by the company
- 3. Wrong posting or technical issue verified by the company
- 4. Fraud review decision by the company
- Travel discounts, free slots, reward points, and wallet-related benefits cannot be converted into cash.
- *Dispute Policy:
- Any dispute related to campaign participation, slot confirmation, winner selection, prize claim, or benefit usage must be reported to Vihar Tours within the allowed period.
- The company’s campaign records, payment records, and result process will be treated as the primary basis for review.
- The company decision on campaign misuse, fake participation, duplicate entries, and eligibility violations will be final.
- * Verification Policy:
- All users may be required to verify their identity, contact details, and booking eligibility before prize approval or benefit redemption.
- If a selected winner fails to provide required verification details within the allowed time, the prize may be cancelled as per campaign rules.
- The company may request valid contact details, travel booking details, and other supporting information when necessary.
- * Fraud Policy:
- Any attempt to misuse the campaign through fake accounts, duplicate accounts, payment manipulation, suspicious participation, referral misuse, identity mismatch, or unfair practices may lead to immediate disqualification.
- In such cases, the company may cancel entries, reject claims, reverse benefits, or block the account from future participation.
- The company reserves the right to review and investigate suspicious activity at any stage.
- * Liability:
- This campaign is a promotional participation model and does not guarantee a prize to every participant.
- Prize benefits are subject to announced rules, booking conditions, seat availability, package validity, and operational feasibility.
- The company is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect user details, delayed claim submission, or failure to follow booking and claim procedures.
